Who we are
YU.NYU is a food import and distribution company bringing koji-related products like Japanese soy sauce and other umami-rich staples to restaurant kitchens.
We believe the best cooking begins with the best ingredients — and those ingredients deserve a supply route worthy of them. That is why we are committed to only work with koji products.
We live the production
Our Founder has started as home koji maker and shoyu-miso maker, he is well experience in production side and this brings us to a place of understanding and appriciation of the producer and the product.
